Laughing

That's kind of deep. Don't you have a picture of these characters in your head?

So what do you guys think? Another 15 chapters down and without a single death. I like this part of the book though. It's getting very scientific. I don't know anything about the goings on in a museum or genetics or anything else that is in this book but it all sounds very convincing to me. Maybe not Crichton level but damn good still. I particularly like the part when Margo is in the exhibit. Frock is also a great character and I feel for his frustration at being stuck in a wheelchair.

definitely understand Frocks Frustration. I think these books are a level above crichton. I guess I just enjoy them more.

Can't argue with that at all but how I loved Crichton. Can't wait to get into Pirate Latitudes as off the wall as it sounds.

I think the fact that I can get through 15 chapters of Relic in about an hour and really not want to stop is a testament to how much I enjoy it. Reliquary too. As someone pointed out Relic is to Alien as Reliquary is to Aliens which was pretty observant.

Yeah, but reliquary didn't lower it's intelligence at all, where aliens did lose some of the slow burn intelligence that alien had.

This is true but Cameron gave the studio what they wanted.

I don't remember much about Reliquary to be honest. I haven't read it in a long time where I seem to read Relic quite a bit.
