| Easily my favorite band. Their sense of humor, their beautifully written songs, and Peter Steele...Couldn't ask for more. And they are great live. |

| I tried an album of theirs when people were talking about them and didn't like it at all. People don't talk about them anymore. |

| I listen to alot of metal but not many bands. Mostly I stick with old school metal like Sabbath, Heaven and Hell, Priest, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Metallica, Anthrax, Slayer, Opeth, old Queensryche (they have a new album out too but I'm afraid) and Mastodon. I listen to Iced Earth occasionally as well and a few others but that's about it. Every time I try a new metal band they suck. |

yup.
their latest album is their best since October Rust IMO.
I wish they toured more...I would love to see them live, but being in Western Canada, I have to travel quite a distance to see them (Seattle is about 16 hrs away)

I think their latest is their best...I have seen them twice in the last two years.....if they are close..I will go.
Testaments new album is pretty fucking good too.
I have seen Opeth twice also, they are the best live band I have ever seen...truly amazing. |

ya, Formation Of Damnation is a totally solid disc....
...I seen Opeth a couple of times, they are pretty good live...I like how Mikael is hillarious live.

Yeah..Heart was playing down the street and he was talking about how he wished he was there.
At the other show some guy yelled that they sucked and he was just like "Right On" |

| I saw Opeth too when they were touring with Porcupine Tree. They would switch each concert who would open. When I saw them Porcupine Tree opened and then Opeth came on and kicked all kinds of ass. Porcupine Tree was brilliant as always. |
