So Jim Isaac didn’t exactly make a lot of fans with his last horror outing, the supposed werewolf movie Skinwalkers, but if the pics Fangoria got of his next offering, Pig Hunt, are any indication, he might be redeeming himself for us soon.
Originally the film was called Pig Farm, but we’ve not mentioned it since it’s title changed (“Isaac Off to the Pig Farm” – April 2007). That’s because it’s been filming in California, you see, specifically in Boonville and San Fransisco. ”One of the goals of Pig Hunt is to examine death, and why people kill, so there will be a fair amount of gore,” screenwriter Robert Mailer Anderson told the mag, which should give you all you need to know about the movie, if you ask me. It’s actually about a massive boar known as The Ripper who terrorizes the residents of a Northern California town.
