New Mother of Tears Poster, Trailer

Myriad Pictures, who will be handling the film here in the US, just updated their Mother of Tears page with a brand-new poster, which you can see on your right, and a new trailer, which you can click here to check out in our Broadband section.
For those out of the loop, Mother of Tears is the conclusion of the trilogy Dario Argento began with Suspiria and continued in Inferno. It’s the story of an archaeologist who is given an ancient urn that was found in the heart of Rome. She is unaware that the urn contains the remains of the Mother of Tears, the world’s most powerful and evil witch. Soon she learns that she was destined to fight the witch and bring her reign of terror to an end.
No word on when Mother of Tears will be out in the US, nor if it will get a theatrical or straight-to-video release, but we’ll be sure to keep you up to date and let you know when we hear more!
