Let me indulge my maleness for a moment. First let me just say more Anna Paquin nudity, please. While others have said it was unexpected, I saw a Comic Con interview on G4 with Paquin in which she admitted she had a nude scene. Hopefully there'll be more.
It'll be interesting to see the repercussions of Bill's bite.
It looks like Jason's a full-fledged V-juice junkie.
The more ambivalent I thought I'd become toward this show, the less I am. If that makes any sense.
I'm very eager to see Lizzy Caplan in a few weeks. I'll not divulge her part but I think she's going to be an interesting character.
I'll admit it - the series is much better than the horrid novels. Messiahman, I should have known not to not trust Alan Ball. _________________ "I hate all sports as rabidly as a person who likes sports hates common sense." - H. L. Mencken

I found the season finale to be fairly pedestrian.
There was not enough Jessica for my taste. I like seeing how she's acclimating to her new status as a vampire (which looks like handsomely). That's the one aspect of the vampire mythos that's always intrigued me.
And hopefully next season, we'll see that develop more. I hope they don't just write it off like Bill attempted to teach her all summer, then pawned her off on someone else. I don't think they'll do that, as his superiors ordered him to keep her, but I wouldn't put it past the writers to think up some contrivance. _________________ "I hate all sports as rabidly as a person who likes sports hates common sense." - H. I found Kate's whole "hyperventilating" thing over winning twice silly. C'mon, it's a Golden Globe. No one ever remembers who wins them. _________________ "I hate all sports as rabidly as a person who likes sports hates common sense." - H. L. Mencken

Maybe this time he finally saw through these hyperventilating 'performances.' _________________ Jackie Guerrido Normas el Mundo! |

I haven't seen this show but I've heard some good things about it. I'm tempted to buy the first season on Blu-Ray. Is it really as good as I've heard?
I tend to wait for shows to come out on DVD these days because I prefer to watch an entire season all at once instead of waiting every week. |

Its a bloody/sexy/ fun romp. A bit cartoonish in characterization for my taste, but overall, a bloody good time _________________ Zombis Nazis gobiernan!

I was really expecting Lafayette to be in the car. I'm glad they didn't kill him off. I still have no idea what the hell Maryann is supposed to be. My initial guess was that she was a demon. Now I'm not sure....
I'm still stunned at how smokin' hot Anna Paquin has turned out to be. Michelle Forbes is total MILF material too. |
