Saying Fessenden's episode was the best was like saying a lethal injection is better than hanging.
Everything is underdeveloped, most of all the family's relationships. The kids are just awful. Doug Jones is hamming it up since he seems to forget he's not under prosthetics. Fessenden uses ridiculously funny camera tricks to try and "scare" us. And the biggest anticlimax of any episode yet.
It's almost like the screenwriters were like "Hey, we're working with Larry Fessenden...I KNOW! Let's make it about THE WENDIGO!"
This show flat out sucks. I don't think I can bear to watch another episode. |

Another lame episode.
I've only been watching it because it is on after Last Comic Standing.
Speaking of Doug Jones, I was watching Batman Returns the other night and totally recognized him as the Thin Clown. |

Better than expected, yet lots of things not so good. Great start, weak acting by the kids, a really useless subplot, some decent scares and some potential near the end to push things.
It seemed to be so close and I think this is as good as it gets. |

Skin and Bones is easily the best episode so far, but that ain't saying much. This one had some good visuals and I thought Doug Jones was downright creepy. Other than that, though, the rest of the episode was meh. The subplot was completely pointless and went nowhere and I really could care less what happened to the damn family.
I'll still keep watching. Why, I'm not really sure... |

| Is this show still on? I did not even know it existed until yesterday. |

| I don't know if it was because the NHL playoffs I was into or the Olympics but I never saw it. I never saw any commercials about it, any publicity anywhere. I had heard of the guys that did Masters of Horror transforming their anthology format into a tv show but never heard that they had succeeded and that this was really taking place. It's pretty strange. Maybe if they had showed re-runs of it I would have noticed it. That really piss me off. |

You didn't miss much, as the show was almost entirely awful. _________________ "According to witnesses, testimony and evidence...this massacre was the work of ninjas!" |

| It seems like most fans got that right before it happened. Masters of Horror in sanitized form equal crapola? |
