Director Yam Laranas’ latest film The Road is one super strange looking little movie, and we absolutely love it for being so! Yet another piece of the supremely weird puzzle has made its way online, and while we’re not sure what the hell is going on exactly, we do know that it can’t possibly be good!

The Road stars Carmina Villarroel, Rhian Ramos, TJ Trinidad, and Wendell Ramos. Johan Söderqvist, who scored Let the Right One In, will score.

Synopsis
A twelve-year-old cold case is reopened when three teens are missing in an abandoned road. In the course of the investigation, deeper and gruesome stories of abduction and murders are discovered. After more than two decades, the secrets of the haunted road may finally be revealed.
