The Bay Gets The Lost

Anchor Bay picks up The LostFinally!

Though I’ve heard some mixed things about I Know Who Killed Me (review), Chris Siverston’s first film, The Lost (review), based on the Jack Ketchum novel of the same name, has never gotten anything but praise from those who have been lucky enough to see it.

The big question has been; who would have the balls to release it? Well, last night Siverston let the folks on Fangoria Radio know that Anchor Bay has but their testicles on the table and are looking to release it theatrically next year.

Theatrically? So far they’ve not done too well in that department, and The Lost will be even smaller since the Bay are releasing it unrated (for now), but at least we know a good DVD will be down the road. Just sucks we have to continue waiting to see it, but at least we know who to bug about it now!
