DVD and Blu-ray Releases: December 19, 2017

default-featured-image

Greetings again, fellow collectors of all things digitally scary.  We don’t have a huge list this week, and a portion of our releases may have already dropped two weeks ago, but the rest of the list this week is pretty solid.  If you were able to pick up The Amicus Collection, Asylum or And Now the Screaming Starts back on the 5th of December, more power to you.  If not, this is your week so keep your eyes open.

Two of this year’s bigger titles will be releasing on various formats this week as well.  Leatherface will be getting both the Blu-ray and DVD treatment.  Darren Aronofsky’s mother! will also be dropping on Blu-ray and DVD but will also be available in 4K Ultra HD.  Not too shabby.

As for the rest of our list this week, pretty much everything is a classic release.  Of those, probably the most anticipated (and expensive) title is the 3-Disc Limited Edition Steelbook of Dario Argento’s Suspiria.  Seeing as Suspiria just turned 40 this year, a lot of work was put into this release by the fine folks at Synapse, so it’s definitely worth every penny.

Check out the rest of this week’s titles below, and as always, pleasant viewing.
