I just picked up the first three books of the "Southern Vampire/Sookie Stackhouse Series", Dead Until Dark, Living Dead In Dallas, and Club Dead. Throughout the years, I'd heard alot of praise for these novels and a former co-worker of mine who works at Barnes & Noble now (where I procured these) highly recommended the series.
I'm on page 94 of the first one and wow...what great characterizations and flavor! I'm thoroughly enjoying it. _________________ "I hate all sports as rabidly as a person who likes sports hates common sense." - H. L. Mencken

Read all of them except the newest one. This is a very good series. I have turned several friends on to them. _________________ "Any moment now, unspeakable horror! Trust me!" - Tom Servo |

That's kind of funny. I sold the whole series to a lady today. Kim Harrison's stuff, too. _________________ Insert something funny here |
