Bela Lugosi's Tales from the Grave #1The acclaimed horror anthology comic book series Bela Lugosi’s Tales from the Grave is going digital! Via the iVerse Media “Comics +” app on iTunes, you can now download the first issue for your iPod, iPad and/or iPhone.

iVerse Media, LLC, is a digital distribution company focused on distributing and marketing content-based applications to mobile devices and desktop screens. Along with Monsterverse’s Bela Lugosi’s Tales from the Grave (review here), iVerse carries content by Marvel Comics, Archie Comics, BOOM! Studios, and more on its “Comics +” app.

Bela Lugosi’s Tales from the Grave is a double-sized 52-page color quarterly. The first issue contains stories and art by such notables as Kerry Gammill (Spider-Man and Superman), James Farr (Xombie), Chris Moreno (World War Hulk), Rob Brown (voted online as horror artist of the year for Bane of the Werewolf), Derek McCaw, Rafael Navarro (Sonambulo), Joe Feire (The Further Adventures of Dr. Vornoff And Lobo), Martin Powell (The Phantom), Eisner Award-winning artist Terry Beatty (The Batman Strikes), Sam F. Park and more. The book also features an article by leading Lugosi researcher and author Gary D. Rhodes.
