As promised, today we bring you the exclusive online debut of Dave Reda’s killer romantic horror comedy short film “The Horror of Our Love” to close out Dread Central’s Indie Horror Month celebration.

“The Horror of Our Love” twists the normal love story back until it breaks! Imagine Jason, Freddy, or Michael Myers using everything in their slaughtering, slicing, and dicing arsenal … to impress a girl. Be among the first to laugh out loud, while squirming in your seat, to one of the most unique short films in recent horror history.

It was filmed in San Jose, California, using local crew and actors including Kate Melia as the Girl, Karl Schweitzer, Dan Wilson, Peter Redman, and Reda himself as Melia’s “horrifying” love interest. For a taste of the music utilized in the film, visit the band Ludo’s official site.

For more take a moment to befriend Dave Reda on Facebook, “like” Elftwin Films on Facebook, follow Elftwin Films on Twitter, and hit up the Elftwin Films website, too, while you’re at it.

We hope you enjoy “The Horror of Our Love” as much as we did. Be sure to leave your comments below and on Dave’s Facebook page!
