Horror Wins Big at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards

Last night MTV gave out its Golden Popcorns to several horror stars during the broadcast of this year’s Movie & TV Awards, and we have the highlights for you right here!
The network really mixed things up this year by including TV shows and eliminating gender-specific categories. The night’s big winner on the horror side of the fence was “Stranger Things,” which won for Show of the Year, and its star, Millie Bobby Brown, who won for Best Actor in a Show.

“The Walking Dead’s” Jeffrey Dean Morgan won Best Villain for his portrayal of Negan.
On the movie side, Get Out had a strong showing with Lil Rel Howery winning Best Comedic Performance and its star, Daniel Kaluuya, winning in the Next Generation category.
