Well....I am out of my mind...but that's beside the point.

I'm not a big Nick Cage fan, but I will be seeing this. I have very little knowledge about the comic book character, but since childhood, I always thought he looked cool. Cool enough that when I was old enough, I got a tattoo of GR.

Ghsot Rider is my favourite Marvel character, without a doubt. However, I'm more a fan of the Danny Ketch version...but anyway, it put me right off seeing this when I saw Nic Cage on E! and he said (and I'm paraphrasing slightly...but only slightly) that "he never understood the stories, but he always thought it looked cool".

Hmm. I really don't think there's much worse he could have said to put me off. Plus I *hate* CGI (except on very rare occasions) and Ghost Rider in the trailer just looks pants. Eurgh.

This is Johnny Blaze Ghost Rider to be sure, BUT, it has the look of the Dan Ketch version. Seeing Ghostie up there looks alot like the paintings for the Midnight Son's Unlimted issue 1 that I loved so much. I'm really looking forward to this.

Everyone I've talked to has been really amped by that trailer. It's just bad-ass, pure and simple. Sure, the CGI leaves a little something to be desired, but when does it not? Hell, even King Kong looked more than a little off to me.

Nicolas Cage was a weird choice to play Ghost Rider. I'll watch it anyways. I grew up reading the comic and I'm still a huge fan.

Did anyone read the new series that was just released? It was pretty cool.

I saw the trailer for it on sunday. I am gonna see it since I seem to love comic movies even though I don't read comics.

Am I the only one who thought the CGI's in the trailer made it look like a cartoon?

Agreed. The effects look like shit and from what I remember, the trailer seemed too foolish and campy for Ghost Rider.
