New Ghostbusters Trailer Busts In; Is it Better Than the Last?

To say the fans are divided about the upcoming Ghosbusters reboot is a bit of an understatement, but the new trailer that dropped today on the film’s Facebook page might bring some of the naysayers into the fold since it features a few familiar faces we’ve been hoping to see.

Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones are our new paranormal investigators along with their loyal secretary Chris Hemsworth. Neil Casey, Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams, Matt Walsh, Pat Kiernan, Cecily Strong, and Charles Dance also star. Cameos will include the original film’s stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, and Annie Potts. Plus Ozzy Osbourne.
The Ghostbusters reboot will haunt the big screen on July 15, 2016.
Synopsis:
Dead criminals from all eras of New York’s underbelly past have returned to roost among the living. Pilgrims, old-timey sailors, Revolutionary War spirits, and even a couple of zoot-suited gangsters are ready to take on four formidable female busters looking to rid the city of its phantasmic filth.
