I'm re-reading Fears UnNamed right now. Again.

Love that book.

Just started on Dusk. Liking it so far, so if his horror work is better, I'll have to get me a hold of some in the near future.

It's a mini-hardcover. About the size of a trade PB, but it's HC. I love 'em.

I do like the trade paperback. I've got an ARC of Heart Shaped Box that's a TP. Much better than reading the hardcover.

And too long to be a trade HC.

Finished Dusk just now. I liked where it went, even if the getting there took a little too long. Glad I don't have to wait long for Dawn.

I just finished The Everlasting which I just got from Leisure and was kinda disappointed....It's my first book of his I read and the whole book just came across as kinda dull and stupid.

I have Beserk somewhere, I should dig it up and read that since it seems to be loved all around here.

I read that book two weeks ago. It's good stuff but I'd rank it below BERSERK and FEARS UNNAMED. The Screaming Skulls were very reminescent of the Red Monks from DUSK/DAWN. Looking at Lebbon's website it seems he's totally focussed on writing book after book in the Noreela fantasy world now, aparently abandoning horror for now. That's a bit of a shame because to be honest I had a few issues with DUSK/DAWN. Mostly they were each a couple hundred pages too long. Oh well, I still need to track down his earlier horror novels FACE and NATURE OF BALANCE anyway.

White and other tales of Ruin are great and tie together nicely, although the over-all sorrow of the stories starts to get under your skin and really put you in a mood.
I started the Hellboy book that he wrote, tasty goodness so far, curious to see how far he takes it. Picked up a copy of Nature of Balance at HalfPriced books, looks to be interesting.

He's got a collaboration with Chris Golden called Mind the Gap that I'm almost done with now; it's pretty damn good so far, keep your eyes open for it, it's out this May.
