Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't posted as much lately. I've been busy dealing with some projects and I've been back to work. I do stop by alot to read the posts. I just haven't responded to many. All is well in Knetterland. Getting things back on track and looking forward to this years convention rounds. I can't wait to hang with ya'll soon. And now a status update on my writing projects:
Zombie Bukkake- After numerous delays and fuck ups, including a printer holding my money for a couple months without sending me my books, then deciding that they wouldn't print the books because they were pornographic, there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. I found a new printer, have signed off on the proof and am awaiting my order. When they arrive I'll sign them and send them out. At that point I'll open my store back up so you can order them online. I closed it because I didn't want to sell anymore copies without having books in hand. I hope it doesn't disappoint as it's long overdue. This is the first book I've done that hasn't met the deadline or came out early. For that I apologize.
Sucked up Fhit- The new short story collection. Very nasty and sick. Was titled Sick Decrees of Evisceration for awhile, but I changed it. Some of my most revolting work. Wait til you read the story "For the Love of Orsen Welles' Fat Black Ejaculate" I was gagging as I wrote it. Bill Moseley is doing the intro and the cover art is coming soon, by Dread's very own Uncle Creepy. The book will be out in April.
Slashicide- My choose your own adventure novella. 6 different endings. Many different paths to take to get there. Here's a synopsis:
Steven has come to the decision to end his life. There is one
problem. Suicide is considered a sin. If you take your own life
you condemn your soul to hell. He comes across a company
on the internet that solves that problem for him. They assist in
Suicide but not in the way you'd think. You have a choice. You
can die like your favorite movie. Flipping through a brochure he
finds a section on horror movie deaths. Being a life-long horror
fan he checks out the section on slashers. He picks out the
death he'd like and goes back to his shitty life. Time goes by
and Steven begins to think he was ripped off. While waiting for
his death, Steven falls in love with a pretty girl named Deb.
For the first time in his life Steven feels truly happy. He
awakens one morning to find himself and Deb in a Cabin in the
woods. He has no idea how they got there. Soon a masked
killer begins stalking them just like he paid for. No longer
wanting to die Steven wages a battle to save himself and his
new love from a gory death. Can he survive?
That's all up to you as you choose how you want the story to go.
This one will be out in late 2007. It's a bitch to format but I remember loving these types of books when I was younger and think a splatterpunk version will kick ass.
And finally I have a new Novella. It's called "See you in Tea"
Synopsis:
Tea is a small town in Southern Minnesota. It isn't even listed on any of the maps. A couple books a romantic weekend stay in a quaint Bed and Breakfast located in Tea, hoping to rekindle some of the passion that has left their marriage. Upon arriving they begin to notice odd things about the town and it's handful of residents.
This will be available in March.
After only having one new book come out last year, and it was a kids book at that, I have a full slate coming up. I'm excited to get this shit out there. |
