Looks like it could be a lot funnier than the Ali G movie.
Which, then again, isn't that hard to be... _________________ "One should judge a man mainly from his depravities. Virtues can be faked. Depravities are real." - Klaus Kinski |

Are you smoking crack? The Ali G movie was fucking hilarious, non fucking stop laughs. Yea it was stupid but in an old school Cheech N' Chong sort of way, it was great... _________________ http://www.blackdevildoll.com |

Sadly enough no... but are you offering?
Ali G is a stupid stupid character, and like all stupid comedy it's a fine line between good stupid and bad stupid. Ali G had some good moments (the war between the gangs for example), but overall it didn't do anything for me. Best Ali G quote will forever be "So, do you want him to grow up to be a footballer like his dad, or a singer like Mariah Carey?" to David & Victoria Beckham. _________________ "One should judge a man mainly from his depravities. I'm one of the very few that enjoyed the Ali-G movie. I've seen all the british episodes along with the American ones (which, some skits were just re-hashed Brit ones), but I still found them to be funny. Of course, InDaHouse had it's bad moments, but I thought the good outweighed the bad. I know I'm in the minority on this.
Anyway, I've been friggin stoked for the Borat movie. I've read all the spoilers, and this movie will be mostly UNSCRIPTED. Just the way Borat was meant to be. I can't wait for this to come out. My whole band will be going to see it when it debuts. |

UC, shouldn't this thread be merged with the other Borat movie thread in this forum? _________________ Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad says, “there is no such thing as a moderate Muslim.” |
