Third Twilight Sequel Gets Release Date

Insanity is the rule of the day over at Summit Entertainment, which has just announced that the third movie in the Twilight “saga” (which is an insult to the word “saga” if you ask me), “>Eclipse (book review), will be out in theaters on June 30th, 2010.
As you may recall, “>New Moon hits on November 20th of this year, which gives a ridiculously small amount of time to produce a third film, unless they’re planning on shooting them back-to-back, which would actually make sense.
So what’s this one about? Right, like you don’t already know… as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. But which is which?
Unfortunately we’ll keep bringing you updates on this series as things develop, and since there seem to be new developments every other day, you’re going to keep hearing a lot about it.
