Dexter Composer Daniel LichtWhat or who, you might ask, do TV’s “Dexter” and the Hellraiser series have in common? Composer Daniel Licht, that’s who! And on March 1st, if you live in Southern California, you’ll have a chance to meet him in person.

Everyone’s favorite little shop of horrors, Dark Delicacies in Burbank, CA, is the setting for a signing of the “Dexter” CD, the 20th anniversary edition of the Hellbound Heart novel, and The Hephaestus novel. In attendance with Licht (composer for the “Dexter” series and Hellraiser: Bloodline) will be Rolfe Kent (composer of the theme for “Dexter”), Peter Atkins (screenwriter of the Hellraiser II, III, and Bloodline installments who also portrayed Rick the Barman/Barbie Cenobite in Hellraiser: Hell on Earth), and Thomas Page (author of The Hephaestus Plague).

The signing begins at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 1st. Dark Delicacies’ address is 4213 W. Burbank Blvd., and the phone number is (818) 556-6660. If you can make it, this should be quite a fun time. In the meantime, be sure to check out our audio interview with Daniel Licht to learn more about the man and his craft!
