It is appropriate that the 45th anniversary celebration takes place at the Palace, which was one of just a few theatres on the East Coast to premiere the film in 1968! In fact the weekend receipts for the Palace showing were utilized in advertising the film nationally for the second week bookings. This very special evening will start with an on-stage Q & A panel discussion with stars John Russo, Russ Streiner, Judy O’Dea, Kyra Schon, George Kosana and Judith Ridley, followed by the big screen showing of the original 1968 film. Come see the landmark zombie film that started the current zombie mania.

Friday, September 13 at 7:30 PM
FantaCon presents the Friday the 13th celebration at the Palace Theatre. The evening will begin with the big screen showing of the original 1980 Friday the 13th film introduced by Ari Lehman who played the original Jason Voorhees. The screening will be followed by a fun-filled live concert with the band First Jason starring Ari Lehman!
