Let’s face it; when your body reaches a temperature at which it begins… well… cooking, then you are bound to experience all kinds of weird things, like hearing voices, seeing things, or even just wondering how in the hell you ended up locked in a sauna.

From the Press Release
On October 23rd, Anchor Bay Films presents a claustrophobic horror film that gives you no choice but to sweat with 247°F. With such genre favorites as Scout Taylor-Compton (Rob Zombie’s Halloween and Halloween II), Christina Ulloa (“Californication,” “Charmed”), Travis Van Winkle (“Happy Endings,” Friday the 13th remake, Transformers), and Tyler Mane (Rob Zombie’s Halloween and Halloween II, X-Men), 247°F comes to Blu-ray™ for an SRP of $29.99 and DVD for an SRP of $24.98.

Jenna (Taylor-Compton) is traumatized when she is trapped in a small vehicle after a car accident, forced to observe the mangled corpse of her fiancé in the driver’s seat until help arrives. Fast forward three years, when Jenna and her three friends travel to a lakeside cabin for a carefree weekend. The fun quickly becomes a nightmare when three of them end up locked in a compact, hot sauna. As fear sets in and Jenna reconnects with the horror of “the incident,” every minute counts and every degree matters as they fight for their lives in heat that is quickly approaching 247°F – the temperature when the human body expires. See Scout Taylor-Compton and Tyler Mane reunited for the first time since Rob Zombie’s Halloween films in a thriller that will satisfy just about everything — but your thirst.

Here’s the thing – if everyone in that sauna doesn’t get completely naked at some point, all bets are off! When your life is at stake, shyness be damned!
