TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES Trilogy Coming to HBO Max

The original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trilogy hits HBO Max next month. Yes, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III hit the streaming platform October 1st.

The CGI semi-reboot TMNT will hit the same day. If you care.

Based on the comic by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, Steve Barron’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with Judith Hoag and Elias Koteas told the tale of four mutated crime-fighting ninjas turtles – Michelangelo (Robbie Rist), Donatello (Corey Feldman), Raphael (Josh Pais), and Leonardo (Brian Tochi) – who are trained by their rat sensei, Splinter to battle an evil rogue ninja named Shredder.

Then Michael Pressman’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze with David Warner and Vanilla Ice found the Turtles once again battling the evil Shredder who unleashes two new monstrous mutants on the heroes in a half-shell: Tokka, an oversized snapping turtle, and Rahzar, a fearsome wolf-like creature

Finally, Stuart Gillard’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III with Paige Turco and Stuart Wilson found the Turtles traveling back in time to 16th century Japan to rescue April from deadly samurai lead by the villainous Lord Norinaga (Sab Shimono).
