New GHOST RIDER May Be Introduced in Sam Raimi’s DOCTOR STRANGE 2

The Direct reports that Ghost Rider reboot is reportedly in development at Marvel Studios with studio head Kevin Feige looking towards the original Johnny Blaze version of the character.

It’s been speculated that Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness with Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen could be the spot to reintroduce Johnny Blaze.

It’s unclear who will be taking on the role but it looks like Gabriel Luna is out.

The last time Blaze hit the big screen was in Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance with Nicolas Cage. Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of action and violence, some disturbing images, and language, it sports an 18% over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: With a weak script, uneven CG work, and a Nic Cage performance so predictably loony it’s no longer amusing, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance aims to be trashy fun but ends up as plain trash.
