There’s Going to Be a Stop-Motion PREDATOR Christmas Special on Comedy Central Next Week

Those of us prone to trips into The Uncanny Valley have always regarded those vintage stop-motion Christmas specials with a mixture of amusement and dread. There’s just something creepy about those clay reindeers and elves, am I right? Well, that Christmas stop-motion world is about to get a whole lot more terrifying when a Predator pops in.
The Predator Stop-Motion Holiday Special will air on Comedy Central sometime during Bojack Horseman this Wednesday, December 19th at 10:30 PM. It’s all part of a promotional push for The Predator’s Blu-ray/DVD release; Shane Black’s horror/sci-fi hits online and brick and mortar retailers beginning December 18th. We’reassuming the Holiday Special will be one of the bonus features!

Synopsis:
From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home. The universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and an evolutionary biologist can prevent the end of the human race.
