The Smell of Horror? A24 Releases Series of Cinema Scented Candles

Candles are popular during the holidays and A24, the studio behind such modern horror classics as The Witch and Hereditary, is getting in on the action. They’re collaborating with Joya Genre Candles on a series of six, scent-infused, cinema-themed delights. Of course they have a “Horror” scented candle, but other genres include “Western, Thriller, Noir, Adventure, and Musical”.
“Aromatically speaking, the movies have been historically been limited to wafts of hot popcorn butter, worn velour, and failed experiments with Smell-O-Vision. With A24 x Joya Genre Candles, we’re hoping to change that.”
