Laugh Out Loud Launches New Horror-Themed Prank Series RAHAT’S TERROR TRAPS for Halloween

There’s been a shortage of reality-themed prank shows since the boys of Jackass imploded and Punk’d mastermind Ashton Kutcher became a family man. Now, just in time for Halloween, Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud platform is set to unveil a new prank series with a horrifying twist—just in time for Halloween!
Rahat’s Terror Traps stars YouTube personality/magician Rahat Hossain (best known for his viral “invisible drive-thru” pranks which have garnered over 50 million views combined. WHAT: Laugh Out Loud Network has partnered with THE YouTube prank king himself, Rahat Hossain – best known for his viral “invisible drive-thru“ pranks, which have earned nearly half a billion views – to unleash a new wave of hilarious terror this Halloween season in the all-new 16-episode original series, Rahat’s Terror Traps. Rahat will be joined by Hollywood’s top creature effects teams, Anatamorphex and Character Shop Inc, as they transform the prank genre into an art form.
In each episode, Rahat and his crew of artists will work together to create new horrifying animatronic creatures and creations which they’ll use to prank unsuspecting targets who think they’ve been hired to help perform mundane everyday tasks.
From encountering a giant spider while helping a family clean out their garage, to close run-ins with a life-size saber-toothed cat at a pet adoption event, “Rahat’s Terror Traps” will go to unparalleled heights to bring fright and laughter to audiences everywhere.
The series is produced and co-created by Eric Day & Mark Koops of INE Entertainment with Matthew Baxt serving as showrunning executive producer. New episodes will release every Tuesday and Thursday exclusively on the Laugh Out Loud YouTube channel, Laugh Out Loud app and LaughOutLoud.com

- Rahat Hossain (Host): Rahat is a professional prankster and magician with almost half a billion views on YouTube and is the mastermind behind some of the most notorious and viral pranks on the internet.
- Anatamorphex: Is a Hollywood-based creature creation shop having made Godzilla, Chupacabra, King Kong and more for Hollywood Studios. They’ve made mascots for Travelocity, Jack in the Box, Lucky Charms, Taco Bell and more.
