Monster movies should be a no-brainer. That’s why we’re astounded that this week’s incoherent Creature failed so incredibly miserably. Good thing we’ve got some Rites of Spring imagery to make us feel better.
Rites of Spring stars AJ Bowen (The Signal, The House of the Devil, Hatchet 2), his Signal co-star Anessa Ramsey, Marco St. John from the long-awaited Dylan Dog adaptation Dead of Night, and Shanna Forrestall (The Last Exorcism). Look for the flick to premiere at this year’s Screamfest L.A.!

Synopsis
After kidnapping the nine-year-old daughter of a wealthy socialite and hiding out in an abandoned school, the kidnappers fall prey to a recurring terror in this place, a bloodlust that comes every first day of spring.
