A month or so ago we let you guys know that Sony Pictures had snatched up the rights to the planned reboot of The Crow. The new film is all set to be directed by Corin Hardy (The Nun) and star Jason “Aquaman” Momoa as Eric Draven.

Earlier today, Momoa teased The Crow Reborn again with a slick bit of creepy/cool art over on Instagram. While this isn’t by any means official word that the reboot is moving forward, if teases like this are all we can get at the time, this is what we’ll take.

And it’s killer art too, right?

You can check it out the art for yourself below and then after that make sure to let us know what you think in the comments below or on social media.

Titled The Crow Reborn, it will be a more faithful adaptation of James O’Barr’s own comic series. An adaptation in 1994 was directed by Alex Proyas and starred Brandon Lee in the title role. It went on to become a cult classic that has endured for over two decades, making the reboot a closely watched property by many longtime fans.

We’ll let you know when we hear further info on The Crow Reborn!

I’ve been waiting for sooooo long. @corinhardy let’s do this brother aloha j
