New Imago Mortis Images

New Imago Mortis test images!Yes, it’s great that Richard Stanley stepped in and did a re-write on the script for Imago Mortis, the co-production from PixStar and Medusa Films that we last told you about here. In fact, if it weren’t for that element, this may have gone completely under our radar, despite the fact that Stefano Bessoni is helming it. But now that images inspired by and used as inspiration for the upcoming film are cropping up, I’m glad it wasn’t ignored.

Twitch Film discovered a whole mess of art and photography, like the pic you see here, over at the site for Gaia Films International, who I believe will be selling the film once it’s done, and you really need to check it out … it’s amazing stuff.

Their English site is under construction, so what you need to do is click here to go to the site, click on “Productora” on the left, “Proyectos”, then “Proyectos de Cine” and it’s the last entry. For those who have forgotten, Imago Mortis deals with the archaic practice of capturing images from the moment of death by removing the eyeballs of one recently deceased, called “thanatography”, being used by a madman in a modern-day school of cinema.

Keep it here for more from Imago Mortis as we learn it!
