Son of Monsterpalooza Announces New Guests; Stranger Things! Rob Zombie’s 31!

In less than three weeks, the Son of Monsterpalooza horror convention once again takes over the Marriott Convention Center in Burbank, California, the festivities kicking off on September 16th and running straight through the weekend. On tap today? The latest wave of guest announcements!
Fans of “Stranger Things” will be happy to hear that actor Mark Steger, who played the Demogorgon in the hit Netflix series, will be on hand to sign autographs, and so too will several members of the 31 cast. E.G. Daily, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Pancho Moler, and David Ury have just been added to the pre-Halloween event!
Featuring over 150 vendors, makeup demos, and various special exhibits, this year’s Son of Monsterpalooza promises to be a must-attend event, and the guest list is headlined by horror icons such as Jeffrey Combs, Barbara Steele, Dee Wallace, and Barbara Crampton. Other stars scheduled to be there include Zach Galligan, Michael Berryman, Denis O’Hare, Bruce Abbot, and even Bonnie Aarons and Bob Adrian from this year’s The Conjuring 2.
The events highlighting this year’s Son of Monsterpalooza include a sneak preview of the upcoming horror flick Slasher.com, a Hills Have Eyes cast reunion, a What We Do in the Shadows panel featuring Ben Fransham and Jonny Brugh, the “Son of Conjoined” dark art exhibit, and a costume contest with over $1,000 in prizes.
