Directed by Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, oddball gem Swiss Army Man (review) was one of the most talked about movies at Sundance this year, lovingly referred to by many as “the farting corpse movie.” It’s one of those films that you just HAVE to see this year, and the wait is almost over.

Lionsgate will release Swiss Army Man on October 4. Look for it on DVD and Blu-ray.

The film stars Daniel Radcliffe, Paul Dano, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

Synopsis:
Hank (Dano) is stranded on a deserted island, having given up all hope of ever making it home again. But one day everything changes when a corpse named Manny (Radcliffe) washes up on shore; the two become fast friends and ultimately go on an epic adventure that will bring Hank back to the woman of his dreams.
