Exclusive: More From Roth on Thanksgiving

Just yesterday we told you about the looming possibility of Eli Roth’s Thanksgiving becoming a feature length movie. Today we heard exclusively from Roth with a couple of more tidbits for you!
“I’m writing it with Jeff Rendell, whom I co-wrote the first one with, and he will play The Pilgrim, as he did in the trailer,” Roth tell us. “In a perfect world, the film would transcend cinema and ruin the holiday for everyone, so that fifty years from now at a Thanksgiving dinner someone says, ‘I’m sorry, I can’t eat, that stupid movie ruined it for me’.”
Know what ruined Thanksgiving for me? The fucking bag, man. I still am emotionally scarred from making my first T-day turkey. Nothing like waking up early to shove your fist up the corpse of a 20-lb. bird’s ass, and then having to grope around its carcass trying to find a – no matter what – still frozen bag full of its entrails and a bent-up, severed neck. I mean really … who eats that shit?!? I never want to get that personal with my meal again. Never.
