DVD and Blu-ray Releases: June 2, 2015

default-featured-image

We’ve got another 14 releases to bring to you this week, folks, so buckle in. For starters, this week sees the Blu-ray release of Wolfcop, which you either loved or you hated.

Two other newer movies coming to DVD this week are Hayride 2, the sequel to (you guessed it) Hayride, and Spring, which seems to be your best choice of movie to watch if you’re on a first date AND want to see some monsters (from a guy’s perspective).

As for our classics, this week has slightly slimmer pickings than last week. 1981’s Wolfen gets its Blu-ray release along with 1988’s Scarecrows. Rounding out our older movies with something a bit more mystery than horror, be sure to check out Jim Hutton and Leslie Nielsen in They Call It Murder from 1971.

Keep checking back with us in the upcoming weeks as there are still more than 50 releases coming for the month of June. July isn’t looking too shabby either. As always, pleasant viewing, fiends!
