Face Off

During a past episode of the Syfy Channel's series "Face Off," make-up artists took on a challenge that was inspired by Evil Dead. The winner of that challenge, Kris Kobzina (who's also a finalist this season), knows how to create a Deadite like nobody's business. Check out the video.

Syfy's "Being Human" Season 2 debuts tonight, January 16th, and in honor of its return, along with that of two of the network's other popular series, "Ghost Hunters" and "Face Off", last week, they're providing one lucky Dread Central winner with a prize pack of t-shirts from all three shows. Dread hit the set of actor Danny DeVito’s then-shooting horror short Skin Deep this past February 19th and spent some time chatting with filmmaker/FX artist and reality star Frank Ippolito, who was on hand to provide the makeup gags required of the supernatural flick.

Say what you want about the Syfy Channel, at the very least the network keeps pumping out original material that is specifically designed to get the genre fan's ghost, and today they've announced two new series for us all to (hopefully) dig on!
