The extremely ill-received Dream House (review here) is getting set to make its debut on DVD and Blu-ray. Let this news item serve as your warning. Not even the director wanted anything to do with this one by the time all was said and done.

Though there are a lot of different opinions floating about for every film under the sun, one thing most people can agree upon was the fact that Dream House (review here) was a piece of crap. Know who else agrees? Director Jim Sheridan, who tried to have his name stricken from the credits prior to the flick's release.

It’s been two weeks since a new horror movie opened to dismal box office results, and despite a cast that includes James Bond, an Oscar-winning actress, and a 6-time Oscar nominee in the director’s chair, Dream House became the latest horror offering to have a nightmarish opening weekend.

Universal Pictures has just debuted the trailer, a new one-sheet and a few new images for Dream House, the upcoming suspense thriller starring Daniel Craig, Naomi Watts, and Rachel Weisz; and of course we have them all for you right here in one nice neat package.

And the MPAA comes out on top once again as Morgan Creek Productions' appeal of the ratings board's R rating for Dream House was denied by the MPAA Appeals Board, who decided that the movie merited the rating because of "some violence."
