It sounds as if the Prince of Darkness may just have found a leading lady to sink his fangs into as Sarah Gadon (Cosmopolis, A Dangerous Method) is now in talks for a meaty role in Universal's Dracula (formerly Dracula Year Zero).
Well now, that was fast. It was just a couple of weeks ago when we told you that Luke Evans had scored the lead role in Dracula (formerly Dracula: Year Zero), and now we already have a release date!
We know many things about the character of Count Dracula. In Bram Stoker's original work, Dracula, he outlined a lot of vampyric rules that are still adhered to in this 21st century. Interestingly enough, it turns out that Stoker had a lot more in mind for the Count.
October is never far from our thoughts, and this year we have a new Living Dead Doll to look forward to during our most hallowed month as the one and only king of the vampires, Count Dracula, joins Mezco's Living Dead Dolls line.
