It’s been a while since we’ve had a status update on Paul Davis’ Beware the Moon: Remembering An American Werewolf in London (review). Since it was announced back in June by director John Landis that the documentary would be a part of Universal’s upcoming Blu-ray release of the movie, little has come out in terms of details.

The highly anticipated documentary about all things Jason Voorhees, His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th, is finally all cut and ready to roll out for fans! We got a heads up today that the documentary will be premiering at the upcoming 2008 Starz Denver Film Festival as part of the festival’s celebration of soon-to-be classics, The Watching Hour.

New Lovecraft Doc Gets Premiere Date
You might recall a news story we did a while back about a new documentary being put together called Lovecraft: Fear of the Unkown, all about the eponymous author’s life and history. All’s been quiet for a while regarding the doc, but finally we got some good news from one of its producers!

Twelve Minutes from The Psycho Legacy!
For the past year or so, the guys behind fellow horror site Icons of Fright have been working on a documentary about the history of Psycho and its sequels called The Psycho Legacy.
