DEXTER The Game HD Now Available for the iPad

Marc Ecko Entertainment announced today that “DEXTER The Game HD” for iPad is now available in the Apple App Store. The game, based on Season One of the Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated Showtime television series “Dexter”, is offered at $7.99.

Produced by Marc Ecko Entertainment and developed by Icarus Studios in conjunction with Showtime Networks, DEXTER The Game HD is one of the most graphically stunning games to hit the iPad yet. You play as Dexter Morgan, a serial killer who must maintain his average-guy façade. During the day he is a blood spatter analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department, but at night he creates his own brand of justice on criminals who deserve to die. In fully realized 3D environments, you control Dexter, analyzing crime scenes, uncovering evidence and using stealth tactics to stalk your prey. The outcome of every choice and action revolves around the Code of Harry: only kill the guilty, maintain the “mask” and most important of all, don’t get caught!

Play Dexter the way you want – choose from multiple control modes: tilt to move, dual “thumbsticks,” single “thumbstick” and multi-touch. The game includes voiceovers by series star and executive producer, Michael C. Hall, and has an original storyline by Dexter co-executive producer and writer Tim Schlattmann. Additionally, DEXTER The Game HD is built with Open Feint technology so players can post their achievements directly to Facebook and Twitter.
