Fever Pitch Ready to Howl

default-featured-image

Very early teaser art for HowlI know the teaser image is cheesy, and I’ll be damned if I could find out more about it, but I can’t help it; I’m a sucker for a werewolf film.

Eric Stoltz and Muse Watson are both in talks to star in a new film from Fever Pitch productions, the team behind Dante Tomaselli’s The Ocean as well as the recent Horrofest entry Tooth & Nail (review), called Howl. Generic, yes, but effective!

The story is about a detective on the hunt for a serial killer in Los Angeles whose time searching is seriously hindered by the fact that he’s a werewolf and come the full moon, he’ll be just as bad as the psycho he’s hunting.

Moviehole owner Clint Morris is listed as one of the producers as well as the project’s writer, which gives me some hope for it being cool, Clint being an old school horror geek. We’ll keep an eye out for more and let you know when we hear it; for now check out the Howl MySpace page to make ‘em a friend.
