‘Troll’: Epic Netflix Movie Featuring Mountain-Sized Norweigan Troll Now Gets Release Date

Netflix is getting epic just in time for the holiday season. The streamer will be unleashing the hotly anticipated Norwegian creature feature Troll from iconic filmmaker Roar Uthaug. The new film features a troll about the size of a mountain and I cannot wait to check out this outrageousness. Troll rises on December 1st, 2022.

Synopsis:
“Deep inside the mountain of Dovre, something gigantic awakens after being trapped for a thousand years. Destroying everything in its path, the creature is fast approaching the capital of Norway. But how do you stop something you thought only existed in Norwegian folklore?”
The script for Troll hails from Espen Aukan. The film stars Marie Wilmann, Kim Falck, Gard Eidsvold and Mads Sjøgård Pettersen. It’s produced by Espen Horn and Kristian Strand Sinkerud.
