FX man Dan Crawley’s work can be seen in such productions as “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and the features Trailer Park of Terror, Dead and Gone, The Avengers, Battleship and more, and he’s now lent his considerable talents to a charitable cause.
This 16-pound bowling ball is being auctioned off via The Busted Foundation and The Horror Starlets, with proceeds to benefit local Los Angeles women battling breast cancer. Now you can take home a piece of Dan Crawley’s work and contribute to an amazing charity at the same time. (Note: this ball is not suitable for bowling given its custom paint and is for display purposes only).
This one of a kind item is signed by the following actresses and members of the 2012 Horror Starlets team: Cerina Vincent (Cabin Fever), Allison Kyler (Chromeskull: Laid To Rest 2), Brooke Lewis (Ms. Vampy), Carlee Baker (The Woman,Wicked Lake), Ashlynn Yennie (The Human Centipede films), Natalie Victoria (DeadHeads), Kristina Klebe (Rob Zombie’s Halloween) and Sarah Butler (I Spit On Your Grave).
Shipping is economy within the United States, and bidding starts at the incredibly low $150.00, but, as all proceeds from the auction will be going to women that need help with their medical bills, we are hoping that fans of Dan Crawley’s work, and of horror, will step up and make this auction a success!

Demonstrating that their interests lay not only in cinematic hack and slash, a bevy of hot horror actresses have united for the fourth year running for a good cause: to support local Los Angeles women battling breast cancer via their participation with The Busted Foundation (a non-profit charity which provides monetary assistance to women who are experiencing financial challenges as the result of fighting and living with the deadly disease).
Organized by Dreadcentral.com writer Sean Decker, The Horror Starlets 2012 team is comprised of the returning Ashlynn Yennie (of The Human Centipede films), Cerina Vincent (Cabin Fever), Allison Kyler (Chromeskull: Laid to Rest 2), Brooke Lewis (Slime City Massacre), Sarah Butler (I Spit On Your Grave) and Carlee Baker (The Woman). In addition to their goal of raising breast cancer awareness, the team is set to participate in the 8th Annual Bowling for Boobies®, which takes place on October 21st in Los Angeles at Jillian’s Hi-Life at Universal City Walk with a red carpet followed by an evening of bowling, raffles and giveaways, with the proceeds to directly benefit women struggling with breast cancer. Joining The Horror Starlets will be Jane Wiedlin of The Go-Go’s and Thomas Lennon of “Reno 911”, among other celebrities.
