Dakota Fanning
Forget the Bella/Edward/Jacob triangle. Forget that pasty Cullen clan. For our money the most compelling characters in The Twilight Saga are the Volturi, and today we have the first glimpses of them from the set of Breaking Dawn, including Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen, returning from his Eclipse hiatus.

And the promo train for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse keeps right on rolling along as Summit Entertainment releases three new character banners for the film.
It's been a long time coming, but we are now just a few short hours away from the time when tickets will available for pre-order for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and in honor of that auspicious occasion (as well as Robert Pattinson's birthday today), the first clip from the film has hit the Internet featuring Dakota Fanning and the Volturi.
We knew it was going to open big, but The Twilight Saga: New Moon opened stronger than even its biggest fans had predicted. $140.7 Million domestically plus another $118.1 million from 25 territories across the globe, breaking records in the US, Australia, and New Zealand.

Twilight fans, if you thought the critics have condemned New Moon in their reviews ... The Roman Catholic Church has a message for all of you rushing out to see the latest exploits of a droopy teenage girl trying to decide whether or not her existence is validated by a depressed sparkling vampire or an underwear model werewolf: You're going to Hell!
It's finally here -- the opening weekend of The Twilight Saga: New Moon (review here), and it's already shattering box office records. Reports are that New Moon set a new high for opening midnight show grosses with an estimated $26.27 million playing at 3,514 theaters for a per theater average of $7,476.
It's that time again! All the little girls of the world are jumping around like they have to take a bathroom break, bursting with anticipation for the day when their dear Edward slow walks across the big screen again, all slack-jawed and lazy-eyed like the vampire equivalent of Garfield.

What with various clips and promos scattered among iTunes, Fandango, Yahoo, and the TV gossip shows, the powers-that-be who dole out the goods for Summit Entertainment's The Twilight Saga: New Moon have been working overtime this past week. To close things out with a bang, they've released a second TV commercial and a brief clip of Bella and Edward discussing her birthday.
Yes, it's fan-made and totally goofy, but we got a kick out of it and thought a lot of you would as well. Here, for your viewing pleasure, is a mash-up of all three Twilight Saga: New Moon trailers, plus some Volturi footage from Comic-Con, courtesy of 777gb.
Once scans from People Magazine's story on The Twilight Saga: New Moon hit online yesterday, we figured it would just be a matter of time before Summit provided news outlets with higher res version of the photos, and we were right.
