Throughout history there have been tales, legends, what-have-you about beautiful women and their effect on creatures considered unworthy or dangerous or abominations. The “love of a good woman” scenario carried to an extreme as these women do indeed usually fall in love with their hideous “captors”.

Despite his assurances to the contrary during Nomad's Crazies set visit early last month, it now appears that Breck Eisner is indeed no longer involved with The Creature from the Black Lagoon remake for Universal Pictures and Strike Enter

What a wonderful world we live in! Kong is back at Universal Hollywood, I'm in the pages of Fangoria as a Zombie in Romero's new Dead flick, and now more information concerning The Creature from the Black Lagoon musical has come to light!

Nomad checked in from newfound horror hot spot Georgia with some interviews conducted on the set of The Crazies. Mind you, we can't talk about that film yet, but director Breck Eisner and stars Radha Mitchell and Danielle Panabaker did chime in on some other horror related subjects.

This year is no exception; as you can see to your right, they’re finally coming out with a life-size Creature From the Black Lagoon bust later this year!

Some interesting news broke today regarding Universal's pending remake of the Fifties classic The Creature from the Black Lagoon. For months now we've been hearing (and dreading) the choice of Breck Eisner as director for the film, but in a recent interview it seems like we all may be in luck!
