Series Synopsis:
Based on Robert Kirkman’s hugely successful comic book series, THE WALKING DEAD is an epic, edge-of-your-seat drama where personal struggles are magnified against a zombie apocalypse. The series follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) who are traveling in search of a safe and secure home. However, instead of the zombies, it is the humans who remain that truly become the walking dead.
As mentioned, also hitting shelves on September 30th is the standalone Season 3 set, sporting over an hour of special features including deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes featurettes and audio commentaries. This particular 5-disc set will be available in both standard DVD and Blu-ray editions and also the rather phenomenal collector’s item that is the Amazon-exclusive “Zombie Head Fish Tank.”
Season 3 Synopsis:
