With Dark Shadows hitting DVD and Blu-ray this week, we figured it was about time to take you cats on a free high definition trip to Collinwood. That’s the best we could do just short of inventing a time machine!
Included on the Blu-ray is the featurette The Collinses: Every Family Has Its Demons, a Maximum Movie Mode option plus a ton of deleted scenes. Look for it in stores on October 2nd.

Synopsis
After being turned into a vampire by a jilted lover, Barnanbas Collins (Johnny Depp) is entombed for two centuries until he emerges into the very changed world of 1972. Returning to his once-majestic home, he finds the few dysfunctional descendants of the Collins family who remain. Determined to return his family name to its former glory, Barnabas is thwarted at every turn by his former lover – the seductive witch Angelique (Eva Green) – in this “wildly imaginative” (Sam Hellenbeck, NBC-TV) adventure from director Tim Burton.
