C.H.U.D. Remake Writer Clarifies Rumors

I purposely avoided doing any story on this new C.H.U.D. remake rumor that showed up yesterday because A) it was April Fool’s Day and B) we’ve been burned by C.H.U.D. stuff before. This morning, though, B-D has a chat up with the writers of the upcoming remake, Ian Malone and Andrew Goring, so we're going forward assuming it's all legit.

Zombie Off C.H.U.D.?

Ryan Rotten of STYD recently updated a story about our confirmation that Rob Zombie would be directing the C.H.U.D. remake ("Zombie to Redo C.H.U.D.!" - November 2007). According to STYD Rob may not be attached to the redux at all, "We got word from Zombie's management team that he is NOT directing the remake."

UPDATE: Zombie to Redo C.H.U.D.!

UPDATE: This just in! Spoke with Rob and he confirmed he WILL be helming the C.H.U.D. remake! Now this would be just plain weird ... But kinda cool at the same time.
