A new clip for director Christoper Smith's Triangle (review here), which stars Melissa George, has surfaced on EmpireOnline, and it looks like poor George is not having the kind of cruise promised by the likes of Carnival and Cunard.

The trailer for Chris Smith's new film Triangle from Icon Entertainment, which incidentally will premiere at the Film4 Frightfest in August before arriving in UK cinemas on October 16th, just hit online, and it's looking pretty damned good.

Melissa George is becoming quite the scream queen, settling in and comfortably working within the horror genre. Today a still from her new film Triangle (which will be playing at Film 4 FrightFest) from Creep and Severance director Chris Smith has surfaced, and it looks like poor Melissa's about to end up on the short end of the stalking stick yet again!

Those who did venture out to see the Tom Cruise Nazi epic Valkyrie (you know, the one in which nobody had a German accent) will most likely know the name Carice van Houten. If you don't, you and everyone else will be getting to know her quickly because she just signed on for Chris Smith's British horror film Black Death.

It’s been a long time since we’ve heard hide or hair about Black Death, the post-apocalyptic medieval film we first mentioned back in February. Thankfully we can not only give you more on the film itself, but the goods news that Severance (review) director Christopher Smith is now at the helm!

Today it was verified that Christopher Smith, director of Creep and Severance, two very different movies in terms of tone and attitude, will be next working on a feature called Triangle.

I really don’t know why we keep failing to mention Christopher Smith’s horror/comedy Severance, his follow-up to the underground thriller Creep (review), but that’s what happens when you’ve only got one full-time guy banging out the news. Shit slips through the cracks.
