Okay, so I wasn’t completely sold on a movie with the title Blood: The Last Vampire but then when I had a chance to check out the badass trailer over at 24FramesPerSecond, suddenly I was very much on board.

Well, I'm jealous; today we confirmed that Chris Nahon’s Blood: The Last Vampire is getting released in the UK before it sees the light of US cinemas. I’m not whining, it just seems like we should be getting it at least around the same time as our brothers and sisters across the pond, no?
Chris Nahon’s Blood: The Last Vampire finally has a release date … in France, at least. And it’s not until July, sadly, so we’ve got at least another six months before we see if the film lives up to its anime roots.

The folks over at 24 Frames Per Second managed to get their hands on the first official promo shot for Blood: The Last Vampire, the anime adaptation that was helmed by Chris Nahon.
The official site for the Korean Film Council is reporting that filming on Blood: The Last Vampire started back on March 15th with Ronnie (Freddy Vs. Jason) Yu still at the helm.
