Radio Silence Teams With Phil Lord & Chris Miller For Bear-Driven Horror-Comedy

Today we’ve learned via THR that Phil Lord and Chris Miller are teaming with Radio Silence (Ready or Not) for a unique bear-driven horror-comedy — with heart. Universal has picked up an untitled spec written by Jimmy Warden that was pitched as Good Boys meets The Revenant.
Lord and Miller (21 Jump Street and The Lego Movie) will produce with Aditya Sood and Brian Duffield. Matt Reilly and Christine Sun will oversee on behalf of Universal.
Radio Silence – aka Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillett and Chad Villella – will bring us the new flick, with Bettinelli-Olpin and Gillett directing and Villella producing.

In the meantime, remember that Radio Silence’s Ready Or Not just hit Blu-ray. It follows Grace, who couldn’t be happier after she marries the man of her dreams at his family’s luxurious estate. There’s just one catch — she must now hide from midnight until dawn while her new in-laws hunt her down with guns, crossbows and other weapons. As Grace desperately tries to survive the night, she soon finds a way to turn the tables on her not-so-lovable relatives.
